Promising land for the World Manufacturing project has a total planned area of ​​6 million square meters and is planned to be completed in two batches within 5 years. The construction types of project factories are mainly divided into light industry and equipment types. The lease terms of project factories are mainly divided into 5 years, 10 years and 20 years. The first phase of the project covers an area of ​​200 hectares and is planned to be completed in 2024. It is expected to introduce 200 companies within three years and create about 200,000 jobs. Among them, 300,000 square meters of factory buildings will be put into use by the end of 2023, which will facilitate the priority entry of the luggage production line of Wanxinda's Indonesian factory and some contracted customers.

In 2024, all Wanxinda Indonesia factories will be moved to the Batang Park and will work with similar and upstream and downstream enterprises in the park to create a multi-party collaborative industrial cluster development ecosystem. By leveraging Semarang to become the highland gene of the world's luggage manufacturing industry, we are committed to building the Wanxinda Batang Industrial Park into the world's luggage manufacturing industry highland, and will also help Java Province become the world's product manufacturing center.
